I was using a credit card being given by CITI Bank. my card no. was 4385 8789 1529 0007 I used this card for a few months and paid all dues in time. During the period i received a bill with 12th as due date & on 11th i dropped my cheque in the bank but in the next bill i found late payment charges of Rs300. I called up their customer care to file a complaint but they could not help me out. then i thought of surrendering the card. I paid the entire due amount of last bill except that Rs 300/- late charges and stopped using the card. Now that Rs 300 amount has gone up to Rs 4500/- and i m regularling getting calls from citibank Ph. no. 01145619100.
Even they have started threatening my family by calling at landline no. also.
Although its a small amount but without any justification i cannot make this payment.
