Billing Dept. inefficiency

The billing department of this company is highly inefficient and the general public have to bear the brunt of this!!

I made sure that all my payments are made on time. Yet they kept putting late payment fees and interest charges in subsequent statements. This kept happening in all the statements!!

I have my bank statements that prove that the amounts paid were credited to Citibank accounts in time. I also wrote a complaint to the Billing Department of the company... but as their reputation is, no action has been taken on that front. And they continue to levy faulty interest charges.

With the number of complaints mounting against them, I wonder if they really are concerned about there services at all!!
