LEVY OF WRONG CHARGES ON CARD NO: 5546196973352004

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a SILVER CREDIT CARD holder of CITIBANK and my card no is : 5546196973352004.

In the recent statements, i have observed that the bank has leveid a total charge of rs 1703.84 against some mediclaim policy, which i had never opted for.

I had never given any kind of consent for the mediclaim policy or health policy which has been provided to me on my credit card No: 5546-1969-7335.

Whenever telecallers of CITIBANK have called me, never had I said a yes to opt for any kind of additional benefit on my card.

Hence, i request you humbly to get me justice and get cancelled all the additional benefits attached to my credit card and also provide me the reversal of all the charges deducted till date because of all such add on benefits.
