Credit card settlement

I have settled my outstanding on the card as full and final on24/08/05 for Rs 14000/- which was not updated in banks system and it was put on CINIL site which has downgraded my credit worthiness. I am a senior citizen iam badly in need of money for day to day livelyhood for which i have applied for reverse morgage loan . which was rejected because of this, kindly do the needful.
