Problem after ful payment paid

Dear / Respected Sir,

i was having a city bank bank credit card No.5546196757814005 last 2 feb 08. i have made the settlement with these bank all the full & final settlement letter Ref: 200802021210611/920603 from them. I paid full &final payment on 4 feb 08by cash. there are no issues from my side. i need to know my present status in your criteria by these bank as they submitted. or please tell me the way how can i be totally free from these kinda harassments. as per todays position, i have applied for a loan of Loan Angeist Property but ICICI bank has pending to approve.as i am having all my accounts in ICICI for last 3 years approx and doing good transaction . i need to know the exact reason or other way, how can i be free from these situations? please guide me properly.
