CITI BANK-CREDITCARDS
EXCESS INTEREST AND CHARGES NOT AS AGREED/OFFERED

I took a loan of Rs 450000 in november which was offered by Citi Bank over phone. It was informed that i was given a special offer of less than 9% interest as a special customer. But later they have charged the interest which comes to nearly 90 %!! not 9% (Interest comes to 230000 in 1.5 Years even after paying almost entire principle amount). They are not in a postion to give a computer generated uptodate statement. Instead they are giving a fabricated statement, saying that my loan is closed and transferred to card and hence they can't give computer generated statement since begining.

They have charged some charges, which I was not informed while taking loan.
