Misuse of credit card

Dear Representataive,

i was using Citibank's Credit card 4385878938076003, and the card got lost from me. Some one else has used the card and swiped around Rs 13, 000.00 of purchasing on card. i logged a lost complaint with citibank, now bank is saying that any transactions made before my lost complaint is my responcibility. I have not done any such transaction from 2nd October. I have asked Citibank to give me charge slip so that i can prove that the signatures are not mine. I will not pay Citibank for the transactions which i have not done.

Please help me.
