Continuation of prev. Complain no. 10003 1 2010

As per the CitiBank s request letter I have contacted with Mr Prakash Sharma on 033-66131032 but till date no acceptable proposal has come.

He in turn advised me to talk with Miss Nellu Khurana of n delhi on 011 01145577515, and when I contacted she is talking irregularly and asking for an absurd sum.

I am finally agreeing to pay rs 8000/-which I am ready to pay to close the issue but today she is asking double of that.

Please clarify, why should I pay extra-amount.

I have also keep record of all mails and all tele-calls. Please tell me Citi banks clear intention.

Please intervene.
