Personel Loan not as per aggrement

Dear Sir

I have taken personel loan from above bank on July07. As per aggrement the loan EMI should be Rs. 9407 @15% interest. But they are deducting EMI Rs. 9525 from salary. From day one I am regular in communication with citi bank officials, but they are always reply I am doing investigation. After eight month had gone but they are not responding to me. The loan aggrement between me & bank are not shown original, they shown me fraud signature copy to me. For your reference, I am attaching the same.

The Loan details are :

I have all documents related to Loan & communication with Citi Bank N.A. If required pls feel free to ask me.
