Respect Sir/Mam,

I left bangalore last year with some Rs 6000 in my citi bank salary account, I didnt used my account for more than some 9 months and Citi bank people converted my account into saving accounts without letting me know about it.

Their new policy of this conversion came in July but it was not informed to me about this and after conversion, they start deducting Rs 250 every month without letting me know.

I feel they are just forming rules as and when necessary and talking money as per their wish. I talked to their department in bangalore and they refused to give me back my money telling me that its their new rule.

Please help me.
