Frequent calls and mental harasment

Dear sir/Madam

I Manjunath, A.M. had an bank account with citibank and as of know i have no dues with the company since sept but from last few months i am geeting calls from delhi/hydrabad based nos and seeking a clarification despite my complete support and honest response the frequency of calls incresased drastically (They are introducing themself as a courier company).know this has reached high and i can, t take up any more.need ur help and suggestion.how can i como out of this nonsense.
