Assistance required

Hi All,

I need assistance. in 2003 April I needed to pay around 45000/- that I could not pay due ot financial problem and later they also never sent any statement and now after 4.5 years thay sent me a notice demanding 296000/0. Pls help me what should i be doing? I am reay ot settle the dues but they are charging exorbitant interest rates and penalties etc. Is ther any wayout?
