Extra Amount charged to me

My credit card no is 5546199638756015.as i wanted to closed the card but the outstanding was to must so on my request the amount was converted in to Re-write loan, but i wasn't provided with any loan no. or any card no to make payments, The executive had came to me to collect the 23 posted cheque and the amount of Rs.1500/- cash. The amount used to Deduct directly from the A/C.

But after paying Four EMI i have decided to closed the loan by paying whole amt in cash, I have been the collection dept at Andheri-mahakali road, they assist me pay the amt on my credit card as i was not aware about the loan no.

They provided me with the RECEIPT but have produced me wrong AMT, they have charged me more than the actual amt.for the same i have tried to call customer care more than 30 times, visited your bank at Andheri-west for 5 times, one of the officer from bank ask me to write the application stating the issue. Yes i have done so on 12th march.after that i have received a letter on 19th MArch from Citibank stating the essess amt is 1301 /-(007-084-218/CRD/ORD/KW REF NO) excess amt has been transferrred to virtual card no 5177008824038003.i tried to customer care asking what is virtual card and how to remove the amt from their, they all have just provided me with different ref no and phone no to contact, but nor the phone no work as no one used to Answer the phone or just used to hang-up.all the customer care officer wrongly committed me that the balance will be tranfered to my suvidha a/c.

I am tried to follow up my issue from the month of march but no positive reply received i am very much fedup. Finally after speaking to one of your officer from collection dept Deepali (phone no: 66489740) asked me to write application regarging my issue and scan. And mail or fax it to her,
