CITI financial EMI - Deducted twice in a month

Respected Sir,

I am a customer of Citifinancial (personal loan No : 15512995), my EMI is Rs. 4365/-. In the month of June from 5th on wards i was getting calls from citi financial people, forcing me to pay the EMI, but i could manage to pay the amount on 9th June. Again on 12th June Citifinancial have deducted Rs. 4365/- from my bank account. I made a complaint regarding this but there was no action taken.

I have approach all people in Citifinancial in Bangalore Bridge Road a person my name Rohan Hiber said that he will revert back the amount to my acc back, but there was no action taken up on it. Hope, this complaint will help me out to find a conclusion on the same.
