Wrong Interest Rate

Hi citibank,

My Citifinace account no is 15600094, previous conversations, i asked to send my original signed paper. still i am not get that paper. When i received your welcome letter it showing 20.06% flat right, but when i signed to the document your represent priya wrote 16% flat interest. That is the reason only i was taken the amount from citi finance. After some months, i was checked the document, then it is showing 20.06%. After that only i was desided citifinance is cheated me.

Once again i was aked the original signed document, other wise i will take serious action on citifinance. I will wait more days for getting my signed doucment, otherwise i will go to the consumer court. Not only court, i will share my problem to all over world.
