Dear All,

I have taken a Personnel Loan from citi finance i was paying by account but due to some problem my account has been closed thats why i am paying an advance EMI but last month EMI has not credited to my loan when i asked about this the cashier was very rude on me.and with out our mistake we have to pay the bounce cheque chargesI hope you will take these issue as serious one Please reveret back with the status
