Improper way of recovery of installments

I Kunal Shome had taken loan from your bank. My payment comes into my a/c on the 8th of every month, but your bank deposits my cheques on the 5th of every month. However I try my best to make your installments on time in CASH.

Last month I had asked your people to come and collect the installment, but due to my mother's serious illness i had to rush to Kolkata. However on returning I have found THREATENING MESSAGES ON MY MOBILE.Now they have started coming to my house on their non-duty hours and in my absence have THREATENED MY WIFE IN FRONT OF MY GUESTS.I will try to keep my balance nil and will pay my dues as soon as possible.

However I would like you to take immediate action against the guilty, otherwise on the base of the THREATENING MESSAGES I WILL LODGE AN FIR OR GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT.
