I had a most most worst experience with citi financial in Chandigarh

Dear citi financial

My self subhash soni R/o # 1037, sector-15-b Chandigarh

I had applied for personal loan from sector 35 chandigarh branch through Mr sukhbeer singh gill (mob no is-9988401605) he and his branch didn’t give me right information about my application status. And I am continuously trying to get the status information and for this I have made many visits to citi financial office.

And regarding this I met Mr sunit (mob no is-9888203933) many times in branch. And every time Mr Sunit has ignored me and my case also.

Every time I asked to give me reference number so that I can get the information about current status of my case from customer care. But he answered that it was the internal matter of citi financial and I could not help you for any thing.

Than I request him to introduce to any of his senior than he answered me that there is nobody senior than me I am the only head of this branch of the company. If you want to take loan or meet any senior of mine than go to delhi, our head office.

After all I got a call from citi financial date of 14th of March that my loan was approved for 1.5 lakh with monthly EMI for Rs. 4938 with annual rate of interest 14.504% and I have to submit the cheques and sign the agreement. Than I go for it.

And after submitting the cheques and signing the agreement at same date of 14th of march and today is 15-th day, but today I get to know my loan application was rejected. And than I called sukhbeer as well as Sunit many times but they are not picking up my phone.

May be I think that all branch have some demands for forwarding my case.

I want to know that is your company treat with the clients like this every time and make their clients to get mental, physical and economical harassments?

And if my thinking was right towards your company than nobody will like to join with your company.
