Unfair lending

I have availed a personal loan in Nov for a period of 3 years and this will come to end by this november at the time of giving me the cheque they have told me verbally that i need to pay for 36 months installments and i gave ECS for the same but to my surprise i was told that i have to pay more six months as i took the loan for 42months

this is not the first loan i took infact after seeing my repayment of my earlier loan they have given me the loan (at that time they told me that interest will be very less as your repayment is good)

when the executive came with the cheque and told me its 36 moths now they are saying i am still due of rs. 25, 000 in which 19000 is principle and as on date i have not received a single document from them when i ask them to show the proof of delivery of the welcome kit they are not showing i feel they are practicing unfair lending policy (there is no paper what so ever given to me)..
