CITI FINANCILA CALLS

I am using a vodafone connection with the no (0) 9886349832.

The previous owner of the same no was sombody with the name Mr Tony and he might got a loan from CITI FINANCILAL .And thease CITI FINACIAL collection agent guys calling me asking for Mr Tony for making the payments. This is happening for last 6 months. Every time I informd them that the owner of the ph no is changed and please don't call me but every time they are telling that they will change it but not doing anything. They are calling at least 2/3 times a day for few months and that is hamparing of my life.
