Threatening & Harassment

Dear Sir,

This is Reminder II. I already made a complaint on 'Citi Finance' ondated 26/2/09. Citi finance people are demanding & threatening to pay Rs.5, 000/- instead of Rs.1, 500/- towards ECS bounce charges. Even after my complaint, till date i have not received any response & executive of Citi finance are frequently calling up with 'unknown' numbers to my residential phone which are obstructing my daily routine works.

I once again requested to send the statement of my personal loan account no. 9865244 and also to clarify the above said ECS bounce charges.

You are requested to send the above details within one week to below given self E-mail address, failing which I do not have any other option except knocking the doors of Banking Ombudsman at Hyderabad area.
