Loan recovery

Dear Sir / Madam

I would like to bring my kind notice to you that, i had availed personal loan of Rs 40, 000 in aug as on dec i went to UAE to join National Bank of Dubai, i always made my payment on time but few months ago i came down to India to change my Visa as i will return UAE in july 09 and due to this reason i could not make my EMI on specified time, one of collection guy approached to me for collection as most of time i reamain at my office he always comes to me early morning which really annoy me, i assured him to make my one payment and requested him to send an request for final settlement as i dont reside in india but he insisted me to pay the due which anguished me. Yesterday one his senior staff along with him came to my home late night at 8: 30 pm for the due amount, i endured his attitude coming late night for collection this is seriously unethical and pathetic business practice, its easy to make code of conduct regarding collection

procedure and department like grievance but need to follow it. I am really upset with this attitude of collection.
