After loan recovery still claming amount from the consume

I have taken a personal loan from citi financial formerly associate finance india in the year 2001 and the entire loan was repaid in 22 instalments thru PDC. Still they claming some amount from me after 6 years and my name was kept in CIBIL as a defaulter without any correspondence all these years. No problem I am having all PDC clearing statement from my banker. I can act leagally against CITI FINANCIAL
