Harassment by phone

I am completely fed up with citifinancial and their stupid phone calls which come at any time from 10am to 5pm asking for a Mr. Radha krishnan who has taken a loan from them.now we have told them that they should upgrade their info as no such person lives here and have told them our name and phone no also.inspite of this they still keep callin and asking for that person! now it is8 months and still no respite. also those guys are so rude. don't know what kind of software thy use to update but it really stinks.i am mentally and emotionally being harassed since i am recovering from a major surgery and these people just don;t let me rest .i have no idea who will take action and if any but now the time has come to make them aware of their shortcomings.stricter action shall have to be taken if these calls don't stop.
