Disturbing Calls from recovery Agents

Madam/Sir,

This is with refrence to Personal loan runing with citifinancial my loan no is 13929937.From last few months i am paying regularly on 12th of every month inspite of this the recovery agents keeps on disturbing me for non paying the installment. This month i have paid the installment on 12th nov through cheque no-104313 of IDBI bank, and the agency who recieved the Cheque was BSA infomedia. Their mention receipt no is 91582 with customer copy no 66001.The cheque got cleared from my account on 16th nov. After paying the installment since that day i am continously receiving the calls from recovery bothering me with reminder calls against paid installment. I am a working female and cant afford the botheration during working, off and odd hours.
