Unacceptable way of handling loan repayment

Unfortunately I had taken a loan from this firm 2 years back at Udupi branch.

I had given cheques towards repayment. There was no problem in repayment till 6-7 months. Then it started. The cheques were not presented to the bank and some uneducated executive would call up and talk nonsense. This was happening only at Udupi branch. Later I moved to Bangalore and one executive would collect whenever I called up. This was informed to Udupi Branch more than 10 times. Still these guys would call up my home number and harass my old parents. When asked about this, the guy who picked the phone started using abusive language. I really want to know isnt there anyway to teach these guys a lesson?
