Threating and abusive calls

Dear Sir,

I moved from Chandigarh to Gurgaun in January and I bought a new vodafone connection, number 09873958721 from Galleria Market on January 16. I started receiving SMS and Phone calls from CITI FINANCIAl, from February 05 on wards. They ask for Kamal Kumar. Where as my name is Amit and I have nothing to do with Citifinancial. They abused me several times and moreover they ask for me to pay the loan amount which Kamal kumar hadd taken. 100 times I gave complaint number is 1611941. I get a call after every 10 minutes and it is hard for me to digest. My boss pissed off on my frequent call and gave me warning. Please look into it. My line of business does not allow me to change the number. These days I am in Noida.
