Interest rate is very high

I applies personal loan for personal problems for Rs.3-.they charges 24% Interest . i a paying EMI of Rs.1707 for 30 month. i finish the 16 dues further i cannot able to pay interest.i am mentally disturse very much.

kindly give the suggestion how to handle the personal loan
