THIS IS THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CITIFINANCIAL BY EMAIL RESPONSE. IT IS ALREADY 3MONTHS THAT I AM WAITING FOR THIS CHEQUES. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE. ITS BETTER TO TAKE A LEAGAL ACTION ON SUCH CORIER SERVICES RATHER THAN GIVING SUCH TYPE OF TENTIONS TO ALL THE PEOPLE.

In this regard, we would like to reiterate with you that the balance cheques provided towards the repayment of your loan facility has already been dispatched to your mailing address on 26th May through Overnite Courier service vide POD (Proof of Delivery) number 512859727. Hence, we would request you to get in touch local Overnite Courier Service basis the POD number in order to resolve you query at the earliest.
