Getting Collection Calls

Dear Sir,

I Mr Suman Dutta had purchased a Hero Honda Splender which is financed through City Financial Consumer Finance India Ltd. on 26/09.The number of vehical is WB20P9741. They had made ECS from my SBI Bank. My finance will be complete on the month of September 09. Citi Financial deducts the loan ammount from my bank on 5th of every month but unfortunately before 3 months back I got a call from City Collection department that my ECS was not cleared and they are reproducing the ECS again on 12th. As on date there is no dues on EMI all the ECSs are cleared on every months. But today I received a call from Delhi number i.e:01145582300 that I have a due of Rs.650 against bounce charges of 3 ECSs but i had not received any writen documents from their end. The call centre agent is saying that they have a RBI rule to collect this Rs.650 due within 4th of April 09 otherwise they will enlist me as a loan defaulter. I requested them to give me the details in writing then I can clear this same amount by the due date otherwise on the month of September09 when I collect the NOC and the settelment letter from them then I will clear the same amount but they says that they will not send any written documents to me but I have to clear within the last date or else they will entitle me as loan defaulter to RBI.

Please suggest what to do.
