Forcefully give insurance police against personal loan

I borrowed a personal loan of rs. 300000/- (Three Lac only) from citifinancial consumer finance india ltd in the m/o march. they forcefully gave me insurance policy of rs, 1- of bharti axa insurance co . at the time of disbursment they told me that insurance company will charge administration charges 38% this year & 25% for next years, but when i got the policy from bharti they charged 53% as an administration charges for 1st year & for further years 38%. i don't want this insurance policy. i wrote to citi finance but nobody is cairing my complaint.
