Cheating on Rate of interest

Hi all of you beware of the Citi-Financial.

I was convinced for a 24% rate of interest by the telli-caller for a loan of Rs.70, 000/- on July. But when I at the time of signing the document they toled that it is 30% but they kept in their loan agreement document 30.51% fixed and 5% processing fee. I came to know recently that it is coming around 48.5% for normal floating rate of interest. I am now paying Rs.3724/- as EMI, my branch at Tambaram, Chennai branch was closed because of such instances they did for many customers.
