Rejection on Account of CIBIL mismatch

Dear Sir,

Representative from Citi Financial Services called me and assured me personal loan. Later they denied me loan on the basis of CIBIL mismatch of my data. I had a housing loan which I have preclosed way back in since then I have not approached any banker for any finacial assistance, my track record was excellent. Bankers must ensure update the data in the CIBIL records or else people like me will suffer due to non committed default. My complaint to the said institution is based on the CIBIL record they should not fix the borrowers repayment capacity.
