Worst experience ever!

Sir,

i am using your visa credit card. the expiry date of my visa card is 08/09. it start from 09/06. i am facing the problem is that, iam requesting for settlement of card for last 6 month. Every time your delhi group says that sir please pay minimium due amount we are forwarding your request. i have paid approx Rs 12, 000/- in minimium amount but my credit amount still in 21, 000/-.my card no is 4550-3863-0886-7018. last time called for that they says that company policy has been changed for settlement, so you card would not be settled. if my request ids not carry forward by your group then i forward this request to your higher concern authorities.
