Complain Against Citi Group

Dear All,

I have never taken any loan from Citi Financial nor even I have ever applied for any loan to Citi Group. But I am getting sms from number 0983700041000, according to which I have taken loan & my emi is Rs.1183. Loan Account number is 5942930.

I have made a complain on 011 39001111, complain number 1478815, it has been taken up by Ms Sanjana Dinga. She could not able to give any satisfactory response. When I have asked to give a back call after making rectification, she denied to do so.

Please help me as recovery agents of Citi are very dangerous & uses foul languages. I am a poor salaried person & these people can make damage to any extent please help.
