I had purchased one HTC touchpone P3300 on 27/11 from The Mobile Store 5/1 next to 22 Camac Street Kolkata. The set was suddenly non-functional on 21-07 and placed at the service center at Kolkata who had repaired the set and returned the same on 31-07 (Reason: PCB replaced as non-functional). Again from the last week the camera in the phone is not working and when taken to the service center was adviced that it would take a tentitive period of 7 days.

I am working in CGSL and heading operations East so virtually this is not possible everytime for me to run to the service center for help that also twice within 8 months of purchase. I would like to highlight that a brand like HTC with so much of popularity and priced high (Rs 21000) compared to competitors is not able to serve the customer for not even a year. This is highly disgraceful, would earnestly reuqest you to look into the matter and provide suitable resolution.
