Cheque dishonoured

Respected sir,

I have invested a sum of Rs.2, 64000 in the name of myself and my husband's name S.Sathish. We have got returns for 3 months only an amount of Rs.7775/-.But when i deposit the cheque on August the cheque has got dishonoured. The officials working over there were escaping by telling lame excuses to the investors. Finally the company itself has got closed. Please update the current status every now and then inorder to proceed in this case.
