Incorrect credit report

My ex husband is going through a foreclosure on his house. The house was formerly our residence when we were married. After the divorce, he bought me out. I signed a Quit Claim Deed selling him my share of the house. Along with the check for my share I received papers from his attorney stating that I would no longer have any interest in the house and that I would not be in any part responsible for the mortgage payments, taxes or insurance. Citi Mortgage has put his foreclosure on my credit report even after telling them what I have just relayed to you. They refuse to remove this from my credit report and now I am getting notices regarding this matter. I desperatley need help.
