I, P.Subbarao, City Bank Credit Card holder of No. 5425 5693 3206 0011 is here with brought to your notice the following issues for consideration:
1. Without any purchase/usage of card there is a Late Fee, over on that levy of Interest charges.
2. The outstanding due amount as per your statement is Rs.1787=67.
3. You please tell what the purchases are.
4. If your system is having any problem, don’t rub on our head and don’t disturb mentally and waste our time because the matter has been brought to your notice through e-mail so many times.
5. Further, I am not liable for late FEE payment and Interests.
Hence it is requested for necessary action at your end as early as possible; the problem is being informed many times through e-mail to you so many times.
