No Response for Pre Closer Request of my personal loan

My personal No with City Bank is LTW-MRK-3979031.

I have requested them to send me pre closer lettre but I am not getting the same for last one months., i had requested and my request nos.. 090102500 and 010902511.

Again today 11.02.2009., I called them and asked the status but they hold my call almost 30 minutes then they disconnected the same.
