I want to final settlement

Respected Sir,

My son Mr. Narendranath Reddy has taken a credit card. and he misuse it. It will came to my notice after few days. now he is not in my house. but the credit card holders are arrashing to finalise the amount. I agree and settle the amount for Rs. 30, 000/- by 10 instalments. I paid three instalments also. but I am not welthy to pay that amount also due to my financial problems. I want to settle the amount by anyway. please would you arrange the settlement with CITY BANK holders for few amount.
