Extra Amount charged to me

My Credit Card No. is 5546196869040002

In january i was paid my bajaj allinze policy premium by credit card, cheque amt 10000 sent by me was not credited timely by the bank. inquiry in city back customer service, they told me "your a/c number is wrong on cheque" that wise i was send him second cheque this cheque is credited & first cheque also depositted by bank chque bounced

and after i called them on hotline number they told u have been charged extra money for cheque bouce charges for paying

I closed my credit card with adjustable amount paying for full and final settelment, now still i have to recieved credit card bill with less amt is i have pay for final settelment

I have never defaulted in any due payment in past.

reading my complaint to help me in any way possible and solve this isssue as soon as possible.
