Non receipt of payment

I have paid Rs. 45000/. on 1st Dec.by putting the money in two covers and dropped in their drop box located at malakpet, hyderabad, but I have got receipt for one cover consiting Rs. 25000/. and not obtained receipt for another cover contains Rs. 20, 000/ . I have make a complaint immediately from the same location. But, they

have not given proper reply so-far and dragging on the issue by taking the complaints

and giving complaint numbers.
