City Bank hires a abusers for dadagiri

In spite of repeatedly requesting Citibank authorities to please collect my payment due, even before and after the due date, they end up just by calling be regularly a different person who does softly abuses instead of helping. They levy the interest charges and what not, but still do call up to cite that my responsibilities. They keep on speaking an wont bother to listen, and also softly threat.

When i am paying the charges, i think this is nothing but soft threatening from the bank. This is unacceptable. It seems City Bank has hired a bunch of abusers. It all dada giri. They should stop services if they cant provide one.
