Suvidha ac. standing instr. terminated

I am residing in SURAT. I am using city bank credit card almost from last 5 years. 9 months ago city bank official given me some investment plans. For that investment they opened new city bank suvidha ac. with standing instruction. 2 months ago the bank has terminated my standing instruction without prior notice. Although I have balance in my suvidha ac. the bank are not trans faring my suvidha ac.balance to my credit card ac.
