Closure of my Credit Card Account

Sir,

I was having a credit Crd no 5546 3794 4495 6005 which was closed several months back. I was asked to pay Rs 188/- only in the month of January, as the full and final settlement amount, and correspondingly after paying the same amount on 21/01/08, vide your reciept no. 190, dated 21/01/08, and after recieving your letter of full and final settlement for the said amount with ref no 200801210852731/910575, dated 21/01/08, I was told that my Account stands settled, fully and finally, and no more charges will be levied, after wards. But today I have recieved an SMS alert that there is a further outstanding ofRs495.79, which is to be paid by 19/02/08. I fail to understand, why this alert is forthcoming to me, when I have paid my dues fully and finally. Please issue me a letter of your content, immediately, otherwise consumer courts would be my last resoert, and you may be held guilty for harrasement. I would be expecting a reply.
