My City Bank Collection Agency cannot Deposit My check in account for last 2 months

Hi,

My Complaint is that.

I had made payment (12-Feb) of minimum amount (7500 Rs) to city bank executive (Collection Agency Address :- Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd. 96-97, Udyog Vihar, Phase 4 Gurgaon -122016 Ph : 0124- 4706617) and yet they cannot deposit that amount in my credit accoount. And in next bill i have recievd they chareg late fee for me this happening last also. And the most frustation things is for me everyday citybank telecallers call me for due payment 2 or 3 times and that payment i ahd already give to citybank executives by check.

I want to concern take some action on that agency "Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd."
