Fraud by City Bank Credit Card Department

I Nisha Karan Thakur was having a City Bank Credit Card No. 5401659544075002, which I have fully settled on 17/04 as per the receipt No. CCC 3795, but still more than one lakh outstanding is showing against me on City Bank Credit Card No. 5546199409150000 which I have never received yet or in past.

Above matter was settled in April but still your bank have kept my name in defaulters list for which I have been punished & harassed so many times by mentally and financially. For the above matter I want to explain you about the Citi Bank Fraud, for which I have strong evidence and documents against Citi Bank. Before going for Press, Media & Legal process I am giving a chance to your bank for look in to the matter as early as possible. Regards.
