Let Fee Charges & Tele Caller Behaviou

Dear Sir,

My Credit Card No is : 5546 1967 2531 4005

With the name of PADAM SAKHRU

This is to inform you that without sending me the statement and without informing me you can not add the let fee charges and other charges in statment.

I am regular user of your credit card and my payment also very much regular last one year.

You can check my account statment.

Last month I did not receive the statement, so i did not find how much due, this month you adding the let fee charge 300rs and 100rs extra charge why?

If you do not want me as a customer so tell me directly. without calling me or without informing me you can't add any extra charges.

Your tele caller also saying me If you do not want the card close it we dont have any problem. This is not way to talking sir...

So I dont want your service from today. I paid my dues which I used.

I dont want to pay let fee charges or extra charges.
