Applied, but no step from them

Sir,

i applied for CITY Bank credit card from internet on 04/09.

after that i received a SMS

"We have received your online application for a Citybank Credit card, your form will be processed in 21 days."

After few days i got another SMS on 09/09 "Your application reference # for a city bank card is 08090882629"

but no one contact from city bank with me . what to do?
